The project LITTLE BLACK DRESS is an experimental part of the project Chanel Phenomenon, which is a part of European Researchers’ Night 2020 – Humanities rock! As part of the project, the participants designed a little black dress based on contemporary sustainability principles, which should be as universal, timeless, radical and innovative as the Coco Chanel little black dress when it was created almost 100 years ago. The project is carried out by students of Textile and Clothing Design, OTGO, NTF, University of Ljubljana under the mentorship of Prof. Almira Sadar, Prof. Nataša Peršuh, Prof. Elena Fajt, and Asst. Prof. Petja Zorec, as well as Slovenian fashion designers.
